In order to avoid fraud orders and ensure our customers a better service, we implements several tools for automatic fraud detection. Sometimes our system may flag legimate orders as fraud incorrectly.
In this case, please make sure you follow the steps before you try to make another order.
1) You are ordering with your original ISP's IP, not through proxy.
2) Your profile is accurate and valid, and should be corresponding to your current location. Fake profile is not acceptable.
If you meet all the statements above but your order is still marked as fraud, please open a ticket and we will assist you.
