Re-location process is shceduled to start at 15:00. Customers are adviced to power off the related servers before the maintenance starts.

Customer,
Due to the land and building transfer [1] of our current datacentre in Osaka, the building no longer provides hosting service. We have sheduled maintenance windows for relocation of our devices to the new datacentre.
Our new datacentre will be Equinix OS1 in Osaka, Japan.
The maintenance windows are as follows (HKT, GMT+8).
April 23rd, 2018 00:00 - 23:00
April 25th, 2018 00:00 - 23:00
Devices will be relocated during the time mentioned above. Parts of the devices will be relocated in one maintenance window.
Your servers will be powered off before the relocation, and will be powered on after the devices are racked up in the new datacentre. IP address and network will not be changed.
Though the maintenance windows are set for 23 hours, actual downtime is expected to be less. We will try our best to hurry it up. Please prepare for the downtime.
An Email with the relocation day of your servers will be sent to affected customers.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
