Dear Customer,

We will be migrating VPS and web hosting service from HK1 ( Chai Wan ) to HK4 ( Kwai Chung) on 03/06/2017.

During the maintenance window, your server will be powered off, migrated, and upgraded. Your data and IP address will not be changed.

Expected downtime is no more than 1 hour for each service.

Customer can also apply for migration in advance, which will be handled case by case and downtime can be minimized. Please note that migration in advance will cause IP change.

Please be aware that this maintenance cannot be postponed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Higher Specs: RAM will be upgraded on Standard plans in accordance with the table below.

  • More flexible network: We will be operating our own BGP network and allow customers to establish BGP session with us for anycast purpose.

在維護窗口期間，閣下的服務將會被關機, 遷移, 以及升級。服務相關的數據及 IP 均保持不變。

預計當機時間不超過 1 小時。

客戶可以申請提前遷移，我們將單獨處理，以盡可能的降低當機時間，但請留意，提前遷移將會改變 IP 地址。

本次維護不能被推遲。
