Recently some changes have taken place to our payment gateways. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
1. New credit card processor - Stripe
We have received huge demands for new credit card processor other than Paypal since we revoked our former credit card processor, 2Checkout. After several months of testing, we have finally chosen Stripe for our new credit card processor. Customer can make payment with your Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card via Stripe's secure and convenient service.
Note, your credit card will be billed in HKD.
2. New payment method - Bank Transfer
We've already made wire transfer available, for T/T info please refer to your invoices.
It is not recommended to use this payment method if un-necessary as the payment is delayed and subject to manual review. Please expect up to 3 business days for Hong Kong local transfers and 15 business days for international transfers.
Note, accepted currency is HKD, USD, and CNY.
3. New payment gateway - Alipay Global
We picked Alipay Global to replace our former Alipay payment gateway, which was revoked due to their new policy. Please note the several differences.
A. Customer will automatically buy foregin currency with real-time CNY with your Alipay account, thus the final amount depends on exchange rate and is subject to local finicial control policy.
B. Buying foregin currency from company Alipay account is not allowed.
C. Withdrawal to Alipay account is no longer possible due to Alipay's limitations.
The payment gateway is still under testing period, please let us know if you encounter any issue.

我們最近對支付關閘作出了更改，請仔細閱讀。
1. 新信用咭付款關閘
在撤銷先前的信用卡付款關閘 2Checkout 後，我們收到了大量新付款關閘的需求。經過多個月的測試，我們最終選定 Stripe 作為新信用咭付款關閘。閣下現在可透過此關閘使用帶有 Visa, MasterCard, 以及 AMEX 標識的信用咭進行付款。
請注意，閣下的信用咭將會以港幣入帳。
2. 新付款方式 - 銀行轉帳
我們現在已經可以接受銀行轉帳，請透過帳單頁面查看匯款資料。
我們不建議使用這個付款方式，因為付款確認時間較長，並且需要人工檢查。請預留 3 個工作日（本港過數）/ 15 個工作日（國際過數）作為付款確認。
請注意，我們衹接受港幣、美元、人民幣。
3. 新付款關閘 - Alipay Global
我們已選定 Alipay Global 作為先前因條例變更而撤銷的支付寶支付關閘。請注意以下的不同。
A. 閣下將會在支付寶戶口內自動購買外國貨幣進行支付，因此最終付款金額取決於當時貨幣轉換匯率以及當地金融管制條例。
B. 公司支付寶戶口無法購買外國貨幣，因此無法進行支付。
C. 由於 Alipay 的限制，提現到閣下的支付寶戶口是不可以的。
