I forget my password, how to reset it?

It is not possible to directly reset the root password for a KVM VPS.

If you forget your password, you can please try the following options.

1. Re-install OS. Please be informed that such action will cause data loss.

2. Follow the guide on how to reset password for your OS in search engine. If a CD is required, you can please mount it in Media Console and perform action through VNC Console.
