Recently we have suffered sevearl downtime in HK3 (Kowloon) Datacentre. We will work with datacentre to see if they can prevent such incidents.

Connection lost, power outage was incurred in datacentre and caused severs powered off.

Connection restored, the edge router of datacentre was broken and caused network down.

Issue was caused due to the error configuration of datacentre's router, and was fixed.

06/05/2017 02:00 GMT+8

The datacentre upgraded the OS on core router, which may fix the issue permanently.
