Customer,

There is ongoing network issue in HK4 datacentres where some IP prefixes are unreachable. We are investigating the issue.

The issue was caused by a DDoS attack, we are working to solve it with our upstream.

The issue was solved after re-routing the prefixes and network should be reachable now. We will check our network device trigger to ensure faster mitigation next time.
